Dairy-Free Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup apple butter
  • 2/3 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp nut or seed butter
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup quick cook oats (ensure gluten-free)
  • 1/3 cup dried apples chopped

Method
 

  1. Stir the first 6 ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add your chia seeds, oats, and apples to the bowl and stir until fully mixed.
  3. Transfer the oat mixture to 2 containers. Refrigerate at least 6-8 hours and up to 3 days.
