During the Relaxed Holiday Unit study you are going to spend 6 weeks learning about 3 major holidays.  It covers Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, and Christmas.  Now is the time to learn about we celebrate them.  This will give you time to focus on the true meaning of holidays, and on spending time together as a family.  You will also be learning scripture, and on serving others together.  The holidays are a perfect time to encourage your kids to focus on others and the true meaning of Christmas.

    It is a good idea to teach children about the holidays so they can develop an awareness of happenings and traditions around them
